Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to LinkedAI. We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not completely satisfied, this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our digital subscription plans.

This policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation takes effect.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if you request one within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal, provided that you have not substantially used the Service during that period.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@linkedai.chat with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review and respond to refund requests within five (5) business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Digital subscription credits, AI tokens, or generated content that has already been consumed or used
• Services where the performance has begun with your prior express consent
• Subscription periods that have already ended at the time of the refund request
• Requests made more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase or renewal date

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us at support@linkedai.chat as soon as possible. We will investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
